Big update, adds sneezing pandas, new slabs, a complete village overhaul.

Client performance has taken another hit however.

  * Buggy mess
    * Reports of all torches in the world stopping emitting light
    * EXTREMELY slow chunkloading while creative flying, going by boat, and going by cart, and going by elytra (probably anything fast)
      * Generating Chunks while moving fast makes them corrupted
    * Repeat/Always Active commandblocks peg the cpu now
    * Ender Dragon AI doesnt work, gets stuck in circle
    * FPS dips when placing and breaking blocks
