+DODSORNET is a [[https://tailscale.com//|tailscale]] network which took over from the previous tinc network.
+Originally created in an effort to play 0 A.D but has later been repurposed and is the only way to reach certain services. It also provides authentication for some services.

+* You can freely access your own devices as if you were on the same local network. By default, other people cannot connect to your devices.

+===== Setup guide =====
+The steps are a little different based on what platform you are setting it up for.
+Generally you can find the required program on [[https://tailscale.com/download]] (Also available on F-Droid/The Google Play Store)

+  * This has had some issues sometimes, if you can't get it to work its ok to ask for help.

+* On Android, simply download and open the app, tap settings, then click `Accounts`, then press the three dots (a kebab menu, as it is called), then hit `Use an alternate server`. Type in https://vpn.dodsorf.as
